Gravity Works uses SMS text messaging to communicate with its own employees and crew members about work — including job offers, shift reminders, and hiring-related notices. This policy explains what information we collect for this purpose and how it's used.

WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect the mobile phone number an employee or crew member provides to Gravity Works as part of being hired or scheduled for work. We do not collect phone numbers from any source other than the individual themselves.

HOW WE USE IT
Your phone number is used only to send you work-related text messages from Gravity Works: job offer messages (accept/decline a shift), shift/job reminders (date, time, location), and hiring-related notices. Message frequency varies depending on your work schedule — typically a few messages per week at most, and none in weeks you have no upcoming work.

NO SHARING OR SELLING OF YOUR INFORMATION
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, in compliance with mobile carrier guidelines. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for any marketing or promotional purpose.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

OPTING OUT
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out does not affect your employment — you can still be scheduled for and offered work through other means (phone call or email).
