This program is used by Gravity Works to text its own employees and crew members about work opportunities and scheduling — it is an internal operational messaging program, not a consumer marketing program.

WHO THIS APPLIES TO
This messaging program is only used to contact people who work with or are being considered for work with Gravity Works. Phone numbers are provided directly by the individual as part of being hired or scheduled for a job.

HOW YOU'RE ENROLLED
You are enrolled by providing your mobile phone number to Gravity Works when hired, onboarded, or scheduled for a job. By providing your number, you agree to receive recurring work-related text messages from Gravity Works at that number. Consenting to receive these text messages is not a condition of employment or a condition of any purchase.

TYPES OF MESSAGES
Job offers (reply Y/Yes to accept, N/No to decline); job reminders (date, time, location for an upcoming shift); hiring notices.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Varies based on your work schedule. You will not receive messages in weeks you have no offered or scheduled work.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Gravity Works does not charge for these messages.

OPTING OUT
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.

NO THIRD-PARTY SHARING
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

CARRIERS
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
